GITask is a mobile based tool meant for maintaining data releated to job oriented tasks in an organized way. When you have general tasks around a particular project it’s important to keep track of what has been completed, what’s in progress and what is to be completed. The GITask tool helps you prioritize your task and projects you the action plan for the day. In this way, the team members are updated about the current task status, fure tasks and the duration of task execution and this helps in coordination of different activites in a team.

Add Task page is used for assigning new tasks and reassigning existing tasks to team members. Two selection boxes are povided for selecting the category of task and the user to whom the task is to be assigned. Two entry fields are provided for entering the task description and the status.

Clicking on the L & P menu leads to a Leave Master page

Leave Master page is provided for updating team member's leave and permission details. This helps in appropriate distribution and scheduling of tasks to team members. |
